Shipping to Greece for orders over 60,00€ is free of charge.
For the EU and worldwide customers shipping costs range from 15-30euro.
For products available in stock shipping is made 1-3 days after payment. For products not in stock, please allow 5-10 working days for your product to be dispatched, from the date of complete payment.
Delivery within the E.U. is not subject to duties or additional taxes. However, if you are a customer from a non E.U. country, you might be asked to pay further duties at customs’ control. Cross-border deliveries are subject to possible inspection by the relevant custom authorities. We have no control over possible additional charges or inspection.
The following methods for payment are acceptable

All card payments are processed through the electronic payment platform of Eurobank.
- Deposit to our bank account
You are kindly requested to send us the bank receipt of the deposit via fax or e-mail in order to proceed to the order. Please note your name on the bank transaction.
- Payment upon delivery arrival (only available within Greece)
Every piece of the Danai Dios jewellery collection is packaged with special care. Your jewellery will arrive in a minimal black square box, engraved with our signature gold Danai Dios logo in our unique handbag. The jewellery box is placed inside a delivery box to protect your item during shipping.
We will be happy to exchange or refund your items with proof of purchase. All items must be shipped back within 10 business days after they are received. Should you receive an item you have ordered that is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, please send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order number and the reason of the return. Our sales department will help you resolve any issues as quickly as possible by delivering another item, replacing your order or refunding the amount paid.
All our packages come with the Danai Dios premium box and bag packaging. In case you wish to return the product, it shall be returned in its original packaging. All products must be returned in a new and unused state. We do not cover the shipping cost or custom charges for domestic and international exchanges.
When returning items, you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
